Boen Bruk A/S is part of Norway's rich history as producer of fine wood products. Sawmills have been operating at Boen Falls on the River Topdal outside Kristiansand since the 1500s. The present Boen Bruk was established in 1953. As a specialist in prefabricated hardwood flooring, the company has established an international name for itself as a supplier of high-quality products. In keeping with today's standards, more than 95% of the wood used in Boen products comes from European forests with good, stable growth. We make our living by the forest and take our commitment to sound forestry management seriously. Through the production of peat pots by our sister organisation Jiffy International A/S, we've helped plant 100 million new trees throughout the world.
